After breakfast, we drive to visit the beautiful Heavenly Lake of Tianshan. It is located on the Heaven Mountain.

In ancient fairy tale, it was the fairyland where the Heavenly Queen lived. It is the best summer resort in Xinjiang. Cruising on a boat, enjoying the breathtaking picturesque views of inverted reflection of snow mountains, flourishing plants and blooming flowers around the lake.

After sightseeing, drive back to Urumqi and stay overnight.

This morning we drive Turpan, locals called it “fire land” (about 3-hours;) famous for its melons and vineyards.

The first attraction for today is the brilliant project - Karez System which is special kind of irrigation system consisting of vertical wells, underground canals, ground canals and waterlogging pond. Thereafter, we proceed to visit another famous relic - the Jiaohe Ancient City which used to be the capital city of the former Cheshi State. It is renowned as the "perfect ruin of earth building" because it has been well-preserved for almost two a thousand years. Then, visit the Emin Minaret. It is an elegant and innovative Islamic pagoda built by the duke Emin Hezhuo to express his devotion to the lord Allah.  After sightseeing, transfer to check in at hotel and Stay overnight in Turpan

After breakfast, go to visit the Flaming Mountains.

Stretching about 100km, Flaming Mountain is covered by red sandstones which look like flaming fire.

In the afternoon, you will explore the Bezeklik Thousand Buddha Caves. Its highlight is about 40 large wall paintings covering more than 1,200 square meters which have different themes, such as the Gaochang Kingdom, Buddhism, etc. Drive back to Urumqi after sightseeing and overnight.

After breakfast, you will take early morning flight from Urumqi to Kashgar.

Upon arrival at airport, meet representative and transfer to check in at hotel.

After lunch, you will firstly visit the Abakh Khoja Tomb which used to be the family graveyard of the powerful ruler, Abakh Khoja, in 17th century. Then transfer to next attraction - the famous Kashgar Bazaar. As one of the most importance cities along the Silk Road, Kashgar has always been a very important trading center. Even in today, Kashgar Bazaar is still the busiest bazaars in Xinjiang.

After sightseeing, back to hotel and Stay overnight in Kashgar

After breakfast, drive about 190 km to visit the famous Karakul Lake. It seats at the foot of the Muztagh Ata and along the China Pakistan Highway.  At an altitude of 3600 m, Karakul Lake is the highest lake of the Pamir plateau.

It also features in the amazing combination of lake and snow mountain views. At its surrounding, there are three giant mountains - Muztagh Ata (7546m), Kongur Tagh (7649m) and Kongur Tiube (7530m) which remain snow-covered throughout the year. 

After sightseeing, back to hotel and Stay overnight in Kashgar

After breakfast, you will visit the Id Kah Mosque which is the holy land for the Muslims.

Every day, there are thousands of Muslims worshipping here. In the history, Id Kah Mosque used to be a school where taught Islam culture. Many scholars and honored clergies graduated from here. Thereafter, visit the Old Town of Kashgar City where you will experience the authentic Uyghur life style.

Afterwards, take a flight to Urumqi.

Upon arrival Urumqi, meet representative and transfer to check in at hotel.

After breakfast, you will go to visit the Xinjiang Regional Museum which is an integrated museum, located in the Urumqi City. It is a beautiful building decorated by Uygur style, and has more than 5,000 arts and history relics. It features in three exhibition hall: Ethnic Exhibition, History Relics Exhibition and Mummy Exhibition.

At appropriate time, transfer to airport or train station for you onward journey
